How to Do This Pose

  1. Kneel on the mat, big toes together, knees apart.
  2. Sit back toward your heels and extend your arms forward on the mat.
  3. Rest your forehead on the mat and soften the jaw.
  4. Breathe deeply into the back body. Hold as long as comfortable.
