How to Do This Pose

  1. Lie flat on your back, legs slightly apart, arms at sides with palms up.
  2. Close your eyes and allow your body to soften completely.
  3. Scan through your body releasing tension from each area.
  4. Rest for 5-10 minutes. This is the most important pose.
