How to Do This Pose

  1. Step feet wide apart, front foot forward, back foot at 90 degrees.
  2. Extend arms parallel to the floor and hinge at the front hip.
  3. Reach front hand toward the floor or a block, extend the other arm up.
  4. Open the chest toward the ceiling. Hold for 5-8 breaths.
