How to Do This Pose

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, weight evenly distributed.
  2. Engage your thighs and lengthen your tailbone toward the floor.
  3. Roll shoulders back and down, arms at sides with palms forward.
  4. Lengthen through the crown of your head and breathe steadily.
