How to Do This Pose

  1. Stand on one leg, place the sole of the other foot on the inner thigh or calf.
  2. Avoid pressing into the knee. Find a steady gaze point.
  3. Bring hands to heart center or extend them overhead.
  4. Breathe steadily and hold for 5-8 breaths per side.
