How to Do This Pose

  1. Step your left foot back 3-4 feet, turning it out 45 degrees.
  2. Bend your right knee to 90 degrees, keeping it aligned over the ankle.
  3. Square your hips forward and raise both arms overhead.
  4. Draw your shoulder blades down and hold for 5-8 breaths.
