How to Do This Pose

  1. Kneel with knees hip-width apart, thighs perpendicular to the floor.
  2. Place hands on the lower back for support, fingers pointing down.
  3. Lean back gently, reaching hands toward your heels one at a time.
  4. Drop the head back if comfortable. Hold for 3-5 breaths.
