How to Do This Pose

  1. Lie face down, hands under shoulders, elbows close to the body.
  2. Press through your palms to lift your chest off the mat.
  3. Keep hips grounded and shoulders away from ears.
  4. Hold for 3-5 breaths. Lower slowly.
