How to Do This Pose

  1. Lie face down, prop yourself up on forearms, elbows under shoulders.
  2. Press forearms and pubic bone into the floor.
  3. Lengthen through the spine and draw shoulders back.
  4. Breathe deeply into the lower back. Hold for 5-8 breaths.
