How to Do This Pose

  1. Stand with feet together. Bend your knees as if sitting in a chair.
  2. Keep your weight in your heels and torso lifted.
  3. Raise both arms overhead, palms facing each other.
  4. Draw shoulders down and hold for 5-8 breaths.
