How to Do This Pose

  1. Start on hands and knees. Bring the right knee toward the right wrist.
  2. Extend the left leg straight back, top of the foot on the mat.
  3. Square your hips and walk hands forward or fold over the front leg.
  4. Breathe deeply into the hips. Hold for 5-8 breaths per side.
