These Subscription Terms ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of subscription services offered by Worthy Vibe LLC ("we," "our," or "us") through the Mantra Breath mobile application ("App"). These Terms are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By purchasing a subscription to Mantra Breath, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Important: By subscribing to Mantra Breath, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If you do not want your subscription to renew automatically, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period.
1.1. Mantra Breath offers subscription services that provide access to premium features, including but not limited to:
1.2. We may change the features and content included in our subscription services from time to time. We may also add new features or remove existing features at our discretion.
2.1. We may offer a free trial period for our subscription services. The duration of the free trial period will be specified during sign-up.
2.2. To access the free trial, you may be required to provide payment information. Your payment method will not be charged during the free trial period.
2.3. Automatic Conversion to Paid Subscription: At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
2.4. You may cancel your free trial at any time before it ends without being charged.
2.5. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time, without notice and in our sole discretion.
3.1. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans.
3.2. The price for each subscription plan will be displayed in the App before you complete your purchase.
3.3. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified and do not include taxes.
3.4. We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. If we change the price, we will notify you before your next payment is due.
4.1. Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
4.2. Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4.3. Payment Method: Payment will be charged to your payment method through your app store account at confirmation of purchase.
4.4. If we are unable to charge your payment method, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
5.1. How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
5.2. Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
5.3. No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
5.4. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
6.2. You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellation and updating payment information.
6.3. If you change your device or delete the App, you may restore your subscription by logging into your account on the new device.
7.1. We reserve the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time.
7.2. Your continued use of the subscription services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8.1. We may terminate or suspend your subscription at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the premium features will immediately cease.
